We're heading north to the Connective (our partner company) staff conference later this week, then will be visiting our clients in Queensland during the following two weeks (and we are having a few days off in between).
During this period the phones will be manned (or "personed") and we'll be providing support as per normal, though our response times may be somewhat impacted by being out of the office.
To streamline the process as much as possible, please submit your tickets via this portal, or by emailng support@halogenics.com - as we've announced previously this is the best and fastest way to get hold of our support team, and allows us to easily escalate issues to our developers.
As always, we'll endeavour to resolve your problems as efficiently and as quickly as we can.
