From October 2011, Halogenics is using an integrated helpdesk solution and ticketing system

You can create a ticket requesting support, or notifying us of a bug.

Once you've logged in, you'll see additional forums in the list below, where you can request a new feature or improvement to one of our products, or vote on existing suggestions.

This system will allow us to better track and respond to your support requests, gather feedback and develop a knowledgebase of past solutions to issues.

We can also escalate bug reports, improvement suggestins and feature requests directly into our JIRA development system, and you'll be able to track the progress of your report or request through the development process.

So how are we doing?
